Covid 19 Policies :
Family seating distance, everyone must wear a mask, players wear masks, CDC guidelines will be enforced at times. Parents must contact us if player shows any sign of a fever.
Waver of Liability
Parents agree to a full and complete Waver of liability, Parents accepts full and all health responsibilities for their child. If this contract is challenged, parents or guardian agree to pay for all and any legal fees as needed by Advance Basketball Solutions which also includes any and all persons or entity associated with our business, company or program. Submitting payment to ABS for services enforces the above waver and contract notification.
League Policies:
There will be (No) rude disruptive player / family behavior, no verbal outburst tolerated towards anyone. SA PD will remove persons without questions. Player's program will be canceled without any refund. Policies are clearly stated and are in effect with or without reading our program guidelines.
